Services
will provide the tools to develop CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules that will
enable clients to complete its projects on time. The goal for Owners, Architects
as well as Contractors is to complete the projects on time and on budget.
AES -Scheduling
Services
will provide these tools and will assist the client in creating, developing and
maintaining schedules. By implementing over 20 years of experience in creating,
developing and maintaining schedules for the construction industry, AES will help create the best plan
(schedules), and will assist you in maintaining those schedules (updates) that
ultimately will help achieve the clients' goals.
